If you're dreamin’ of the country life, this 8-acre build site in Madison County is calling your name. Tucked off County Road 5310, this property is pure Ozark mountain charm, with just enough elevation change to give you some beautiful spots to build your home or cabin without sacrificing the ability to do so. The property is covered in mature oak trees, and the canopy they create gives the whole place a park-like feel—no unsightly underbrush to look at! These oaks also make for a great mast crop come fall, drawing in plenty of deer and other wildlife. Deer have been spotted almost every visit, and there’s just enough acreage to hang a stand and bow hunt! Power runs along the north side near the county road, and a soil analysis has already been completed. On the southern end, a wet-weather stream adds a nice touch—perfect for relaxing after a long day. With plenty of room and multiple build sites, it’s ideal for a large family or a quiet weekend getaway. 20 minutes to National Forest Close to ATV Trails
